Onion and meat pie

Onion pie.
For the dough:
Cup of flour
120-130 gr. butter
½ TSP bicarbonate of soda
Add salt to taste
For The Stuffing:
2 fused syrka
3 PCs. onions
3 eggs
Remove the cheese in freezer for 35-50 minutes, so they will be easier to rub on the Turk.
For the dough in flour chop the butter (you can grate on the Turk), grind to fine crumbs with your hands. Add soda, salt, sour cream. Knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Remove the cheese from the freezer, grate the Turk (at large). Fry chopped onions until color changes, until golden brown. Cool It. Combine cheese, raw eggs and onions, podsolit' and pepper. All carefully mix.
Put the dough in a greased form with borders. Lay out the stuffing. Bake until tender, about 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees until golden brown.

Pie with meat
The first batter:
1.5 cups flour
1 egg
100 gr. margarine
1:0 l baking powder
2 tbsp. l water
Margarine crumble and mix with the flour and leavening agent, add egg and water. Everything carefully mix, you get a thick dough. Refrigerate until filling is prepared.
2-3 large onions
400 Gr. any ground beef
Salt, pepper to taste.
Sauté onion and minced separately separately. Salt and pepper.
The second batter:
200 gr. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1:0 l baking powder
Add as much flour to the dough was like pancakes.
The first batter to put in shape with borders. Top put the minced meat, then onions, then mince. Then pour the second test.
Bake until cooked at a temperature of about 180 degrees until golden crust appear.
